• 1 or 2 lbs of green beans
• 1 tbsp raped garlic
• 2 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Fuckton of salt
• 1/4 cup of olive oil

Necessary torture tools:

• The box in which holds the flames of Charon

The destruction of the legumes:

Obtain a large bowl and mix everything up inside.  Fire up your external hatebox and dump the contents of the bowl onto the hategrate.  Torture for 5-10 minutes, until browning of the green flesh starts to occur.
